Mulino Franchetti was born from a collaboration between the Franchetti family and renowned Italian Chef Massimiliano Miglio, who has taken the helm of the restaurant with passion and vision. Inspired by the culinary traditions of Northern Italy, Chef Miglio brings a refined, seasonal, and ingredient-focused approach to the kitchen — where depth of flavor, simplicity, and authenticity meet.

Our pizza is crafted with care, using a blend of three different flours and a natural poolish preferment, resulting in a light, flavorful crust with a perfect balance of texture and taste.

Our mission is simple: to bring the soul of a true Italian trattoria to the heart of Crosby — where food is shared, wine is poured, and every guest feels like family.
